Kingman, Arizona is one of the longest-running turquoise mines in North America. Red Web is the Kingman variety with red matrix running through deep blue stone, and it is scarcer than plain Kingman, which is why collectors look for it. At about 1 inch wide by 1.5 inches tall, this pendant is big enough to be the focal point on a simple chain and easy enough to wear every day.

How to wear it
With a white shirt, a black sweater, or denim. The red and blue carry the look, so keep everything else simple. It also works on a leather cord if you want it to read more Western.

Care
Turquoise is porous, so keep it away from lotion, perfume, and cleaning products, and take it off before swimming or showering. Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth, use a silver polishing cloth on the metal only, and store it flat in a dry pouch.
