Round common opal studs in sterling silver, hand-set in a polished .925 bezel. Common opal has a soft, lit-from-within glow rather than rainbow flashes, so these read as a quiet shimmer that catches the light when you move.
They come in three sizes, so you can choose how much glow you want:
- Small, 2.5mm: a tiny dot of light, easy in a second or third piercing
- Medium, 3.5mm: the everyday size, noticeable without being loud
- Large, 5mm: the most glow, still a small stud
Each stone is cut from a different part of the rough, so the color varies a little from pair to pair, from milky white to a hint of pink or blue. The photos show that range.
