70s Sunset Desert Cotton Throw Blanket in Gold and Rust

A pale moon low over four bands of desert hill, gold at the top running down through orange and rust to oxblood at the hem, each ridge traced in a thin line of cream. It is the view west of Santa Fe at about eight on a July evening, flattened into something you can throw over a sofa.

Of all the cotton throws on this shelf it is the one that goes with the most. The palette is the same warm range as the serape and flame stitch designs, but the shapes are big and quiet, so it works in a plain modern room as easily as a western one. The design is by artist Kyra Brown and her signature is woven into the corner.
